We've got an exciting, diverse list of course offerings coming up for the Spring 2025 Lexington semester, and we'll once again have a Spring Open House. This time we'll be meeting at Central Baptist Church on Wilson Downing Rd. Talk to instructors, learn about the new courses being offered, register for membership, and more! Free & open to the public! PLEASE NOTE: Lexington course registration will not be available at the Lexington Open House, but will begin opening on Wednesday, January 8, at https://olli.uky.edu/uky

It's a milestone event that promises to be a memorable evening of reflection, gratitude, and looking ahead to the future of lifelong learning. More details will be announced in the coming months.

Boone Creek Creamery Tour

In the heart of Kentucky’s Bluegrass Region, is Boone Creek Creamery, a small local establishment where they create different varieties of handmade artisan cheeses. They use only the best Kentucky Proud milk from cows that graze on nutrient rich grasses as nature intended—free of antibiotics, hormones, and steroids. They make their cheeses by hand using traditional European techniques without a lot of modern equipment. This protects the delicate curds and produces a better cheese.

Ohio Mounds Trip

Sep 25–26, 2024

Join us for a trip to historic mounds in Southern Ohio, such as Hopewell Mounds. We will also visit Fort Ancient Earthworks & Nature Preserve and the Underground Railroad Freedom Center. Single Occupancy: $400 Double Occupancy: $350 (once registration opens: when registering for double occupancy, you must provide your roommate's name when checking out.) No RSVP required Morehead will also be hosting its own Fall Open House in mid-August! Morehead OLLI members can meet with the instructors, learn about the exciting courses Morehead has to offer, and register for both membership and Morehead courses on location. Registration for all Morehead courses this Fall will open on Friday, August 16, at 10 a.m.
